Pathway has a judge  In March 2001 Ms. Alicia Gooden was appointed Master Commissioner (judge) to handle paternity cases in Marion County, Indiana Circuit and Superior Courts. She is a founding board member of the Pathway Family Center which now has a branch in Indianapolis in Marion County. Both Judge Gooden and Pathway president Terri C. Nissley attended Indiana University.
