Announcement. On
Monday December 29, 2003 between the hours of 12 noon and 4 PM two attorneys
with a large law firm will be coming to Pinellas County, Florida specifically
to interview you regarding your experience with Straight. Specifics of
the meeting follow:

is not far from Straight's last headquarters. It is midway between
Saint Petersburg and Clearwater.)

The purpose of this
visit is to listen to your experience at Straight and how it has affected
you. What occurs in this meeting is confidential and is subject to attorney-client
privilege.
You will be asked not to reveal the name of the firm after the meeting,
or any of the conversations which may take place. Friends and third parties
are not permitted in the meeting room.
Please bring with you a written statement to include the following information:
Your name, date
of birth, contact address and phone number, date you were placed into
Straight, location of Straight center, statement regarding your experience
at Straight, name address and phone number of any witness(s) you may
have to testify regarding your mistreatment, statement regarding events
you witnessed, how the events at Straight has affected your life.
Sign and date your statement. You MAY be asked to give a brief 5 minute
statement, be prepared to make one. |
A Notary Public will be available if you have need for this service.
You will need a picture ID to have documents notorized.
The meeting agenda
will be as follows:

Understand that at
this point this is only an interview process and NO promises are made
for any specific action, or actions. The meeting will be held in Pinellas
County, Florida. The address will be disclosed in the coming days.
