Senior Staff Relapse

From 1976
to 1993 Straight, Inc. operated the world's largest juvenile drug treatment
program with operation centers in major cities throughout America. Straight
was a five phase program which graduated its clients back into mainstream
society upon completion of the five phases. Frequently graduates would be
hired by Straight to serve as junior counselors with the potential to progress
to senior counselor (senior staff). This report is a study on the relapse
rate of Senior Staff members at Straight and consists of the following four
attachments in MS Word format. Included in the attachments are the six levels
of Staff Trainees, Junior and Senior Staff job descriptions.
